Responsible Gaming at 77p7
We believe gambling should always be entertaining, never harmful. Discover the tools and resources 77p7 provides to help you stay in control of your gaming experience in Bangladesh.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At 77p7, we take our responsibility to players seriously. For us, a safe and enjoyable gaming environment is not just a compliance checkbox — it is a core value that shapes how we build and operate our platform.
Gambling at 77p7 is designed for entertainment. Whether you enjoy cricket betting on Bangladesh Premier League matches, spinning the reels on Slots, or playing live casino games, the experience should remain fun, relaxed, and within your personal budget. The moment it stops being entertainment and starts causing stress — financial, emotional, or social — it is time to take stock and use the tools we provide.
We encourage all players registered on 77p7 to set clear personal limits before they start playing. Decide on a maximum weekly or monthly deposit amount, allocate only disposable income, and treat any winnings as a bonus — never as a primary source of income. This mindset, combined with our built-in player-protection tools, helps keep gambling a positive part of life rather than a destructive one.
⚠️ Important: Gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you suspect you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please use the self-exclusion or time-out tools immediately, or contact our support team at [email protected]. Do not ignore early warning signs.
Player Protection Tools at 77p7
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 77p7 account. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. You can lower your limit at any time, but increases take a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break from gaming? Activate a time-out period — from 24 hours up to 90 days — during which your account will be temporarily suspended. You will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or access games while the time-out is active.
Self-Exclusion
For players who feel their gambling is no longer under control, 77p7 offers a self-exclusion option. This permanently closes your account for a minimum of 6 months, with the option to extend indefinitely. During exclusion, all promotional communications are also stopped.
Reality Check Reminders
Enable session reminders that pop up at regular intervals — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — to show how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session. A quick reality check helps you stay mindful.
Account & Betting History
Your full transaction history, including all deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, plus every bet placed, is available in your account dashboard at any time. Reviewing your history regularly is one of the most effective habits for responsible gaming.
Dedicated Support Access
Our support team at 77p7 is trained to handle responsible gaming concerns with care and confidentiality. Whether you need help setting a limit, requesting exclusion, or simply talking through a concern, reach us at [email protected]. Your wellbeing comes first.
Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of experience level or income. It often develops gradually. Here are common warning signs to watch for in yourself or those around you:
- Spending more money or time gambling than originally planned
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Lying to family or friends about gambling activity or losses
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling
- Chasing losses by placing increasingly larger bets
- Gambling to escape problems, stress, or negative feelings
If you recognise two or more of these signs in yourself, we strongly encourage you to use 77p7's time-out or self-exclusion tools right away, or to contact our support team. You do not have to manage this alone — help is available.
💡 Remember: The purpose of gambling at 77p7 is entertainment. If gambling is no longer fun and is causing financial or emotional distress, please reach out. Our support team at 77p7 is available via email and will respond promptly. You can also speak with a trusted person in your life — a family member, friend, or counsellor.
Age Verification & Protecting Minors
77p7 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering or gambling on our platform. All accounts undergo an age verification process during registration, and we may request additional identity documents at any stage if we have reason to doubt a player's age. This is not optional — verified age is a prerequisite for maintaining an active account.
Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites on shared or family devices. If you believe a minor has registered on 77p7, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate and act without delay.
Tips for Safer, Smarter Play
- Set a strict budget before every session and stick to it — never exceed it, even after a win.
- Take regular breaks — step away every hour and do something unrelated to gambling.
- Never gamble under the influence of alcohol, extreme stress, or emotional distress.
- Treat gambling as entertainment spending — the same as a movie ticket or a dinner out — not as an investment or income source.
- Do not chase losses. A loss is the cost of entertainment — accept it and move on.
- Balance gaming with other activities — family time, sport, hobbies, and social connections are equally important for a healthy life.
Responsible gaming is a shared journey. 77p7 is committed to walking that path with you — providing the tools, the transparency, and the support to ensure your experience remains enjoyable, safe, and within your control at all times.
